Meeting Minutes – March 17, 2026

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Tonya Prowse.

2. Sewer Litigation Update

  • Litigation lasted approximately 7 years
  • Final settlement established:
    • Subdivision owns sewer infrastructure under its property
    • Utility company owns treatment facilities
  • POA now responsible for sewer infrastructure maintenance
